I got this for our home gym so I could work on stregthening my core after my last c section baby. As many women know your abs split open from being stretched out and it takes at least 2 years to tone back your stomache similar to the way it was before. Right now I still dont have the strength to do it from my knees but i lay on my belly and pull it to my chest and back and it is really helping my lower abs. Working up to being able to do a full push up- my husband can. The padding on the handles are comfortable and can handle a ton of weight. This is a workout tool a person of any size can use- even my 5 year old can do what i do. The roller just allows you to use your own core strength to easily transition up and down.

Easy to assemble but hard to use.

I didn’t get a kneed pad

* Wide roller for better stability and balance. (Easier for beginners to use)* I am 180lb and it holds well. Solid-body but lightweight so easy to use.* Push up bars are also solid and grip is very comfortable.* Using this on rubber mats in my home gym and roller does not slip on that. (On the wooden floor this may slip a little bit but)** Still to use resistnce band but that may be for experts.

Ab roller makes the completion to little home gym for my exercise routine along with push-up stands and stretch bands.Super easy to assemble and it works as shown, the roller is wide enough to provide better stability, strong enough.You can think yourself going to next level now just being at home in your fitness.

It didn’t have all the pieces and not easy to roll

Its an okay item to use. It didn't come with the kneepad but its whatever. I suck at push ups so having a device to help with that was much needed. The wheel is just that s wheel so try not to let it slide off on you.

Did exactly what I needed it to do for the space I have. Easy to assemble and use. Not able to use the resistance band yet but I'm working on it
