This B12 supplement is a great option if you’re looking for a clean easy-to-use formula without unnecessary fillers. I have noticed an increase in energy and better mental clarity. The liquid format is a nice texture and makes it simple to take. The dropper allows you to control the dosage easily. It absorbs quickly when used sublingually which is convenient if you prefer not to take pills. The combination of different forms of B12 is a nice touch, and it feels like a more complete approach compared to basic supplements. The taste is quite mild and not overpowering which makes it easy to use consistently. My whole family has no issues with the taste, my toddler says it tastes like strawberry. It’s also reassuring that it’s made without common additives and is produced in certified facilities. I think that this is a solid supplement that’s simple, well-formulated, and easy to incorporate into a daily routine.

More effective for me than injections! I was *extremely* low on B12 and I did injections for almost a year with hardly any noticeable difference, neither in the way I felt nor in my bloodwork labs. I read about this product in a group that is for chronic illness and someone mentioned that she used five drops per day and it significantly raised her levels. So I did the same (I could actually feel a difference in my energy within a few days) and two months later I did another round of bloodwork (I had stopped doing the injections when I started using this because I was sick and tired of the needles and they weren’t even helping) and my levels went from extremely low to within normal range!! I continued on to get my levels higher in that normal range and six months later, it was well past that normal range and considered extremely high. So, no doubt about it THEY WORK!!! I now do only three drops per day. My doctor was absolutely amazed at how well these have worked and has recommended it to all of her patients who were getting B12 injections. I’m not sure why these teensy weensy drops work so much better than intramuscular injections but they are absolutely amazing and are one of the few supplements I take that I KNOW without a doubt actually do something and are worth purchasing repeatedly.

I have to inject B-12, but I wanted to add an oral supplement to see if I could somehow boost my b-12 levels. This product had a lot of great reviews, which is why I ordered it. I trusted the reviews that I read. I'm on my 2nd order, and once delivered I fell hard for the sweet taste of the sublingual drops. That made it a pleasant experience. I did use up my first bottle, and truthfully, I can feel somewhat of a difference. As another reviewer observed, however, the bottle is TEENY TINY. Not one of my favorite features. It also is supposed to last 60 days. NOT A CHANCE! That is just untrue. But, I've committed to stick with it and see how it works for me long-term. So far, I'm enjoying using it. But it barely lasts a month.

Probably nothing wrong with this--just didn't like it was well as different brand. I was using both before I got my last B12 test which was fine so no way to tell any difference except the taste.

Some of the other reviews are saying that this doesn’t have a flavor. But as someone with very sensitive taste buds, I can assure you that it does but it’s not a negative flavor it’s very sweet and pleasant. With that being said, it works incredibly well so well in fact that I took it at 4 PM like an idiot and stayed up till five in the morning, I don’t recommend doing so. It’s also as you might be able to tell dark red, which had me and my mother and Fitz of laughter because every time we took it, we look like we took a swig of blood which was mildly unsettling. And if you were like me and wear retainers, obviously make sure to remove them prior to taking this, but after taking it, make sure to take a swig of water. Otherwise, your retainers will be stained a light pink . With that being said, I love this B12, especially since I deal with a methylating disorder, which is a disorder that basically means my body doesn’t process vitamins the normal way and so I need liquids more so often than solids and it’s worked very well in improving my vitamin levels , in this case, obviously B12.

Tastes good but easily swallowed. Works well.

Good flavor, gave me energy, but unfortunately it did not last more than 30 days. Too bad, I will not be reordering this product.
