The product is a trace mineral derived from a fulvic (plant) source. So everything found in the trace minerals is in tiny/trace amounts and are all as they are found in nature, including flouride. Trace Minerals does not include flourine. The flouride, as mentioned before is as it is found in nature, not as it would be found in toothpaste, or other man-made products. If you were to analyze an organic apple for instance, you would find trace amounts of flouride, and other minerals you wouldn't normally ingest in large quantities, especially if they were tampered with by man.
