Fab Kitchen Tool
Making tons of green papaya salads w this tool. Worth waiting a bit to get it shipped. A bit challenging to clean, bc food gets caught in tool. Otherwise perfect!

Using a $10 Bill Would be a More Effective Coconut Shredder
After I finished sanding down the more dangerous splinters on my brand new coconut shredder, I decided to give it a whirl on a fresh coconut. The shredding end immediately broke, as if that is what it was designed to do. The other end, thankfully, worked somewhat okay. All told, it was a bad purchase.
