Easy to replace in a Prius C
There's this weird defect in Prius C tail light assemblies that allows water to leak in from the top, but not escape through the bottom. As such, my tail lights kept shorting until I sealed them with clear caulk and drilled a few drain holes in the bottoms.These bulbs were an economical replacement and easy to change myself. They work great and are going strong after a couple months of regular use. No fitment issues, good brightness, no problems of any kind that I can tell. Can't really ask for much more than that.

Perfect fit
I used these on my 2006 Nissan pathfinder. The bulbs fit perfectly into the socket and you can see the plate very clear at night.

does the job
First it was hard to determine the correct bulb without actually removing the old one. This was used in a dome light. which had to be removed from the roof of the car. It is a standard bulb, although there are several other bulbs with the same base that are interchangeable, with each having a different brightness and projected life. These are the OEM type bulbs not the new LED bulbs. The actual bulb shape was not same as the old one , but the base was the same and the part number was the same.

Works for VW 2015 License Bulbs
Fits and does not trigger the warning light. I used a 3v bulb and it triggered the warning on the console. This is perfect.
