Perfect fit. Good length on the wires. Back up and running. The old motor was an original that I replace from 2001. Very please everything worked out and my AC is back up and running.

Perfect replacement

I had a tough time finding a replacement motor for my 2004 Ruud Achiever HVAC system - the Ruud brand was discontinued and is now Rheem - I nearly bought the wrong motor - be sure to double-check the specs - or do like I did and check out the label on the part itself before buying. I've never replaced a motor like this but I found it super easy to figure out if you take your time and take lots of pictures to document how everything goes back together. It took me about 3 hours total to disassemble the unit, replace the motor and re-assemble it. Some tricky things to handle if you're a 1-man crew (like getting the fan off the old motor, you'll need some muscles), but you can do it. I believe in you. direct replacement for my Rheem 90 series unit, about 20 years old.

My old motor was making a squealing noise (probably a bearing). I ordered this motor and replaced it with my old one. I loved the fact that the wires already had the connectors attached. Also as I was taking off my old motor I broke a screw inside the old motor. Darn! Now what?! I looked inside the box and happily found the new hardware sent with the motor. Perfect fit, electrically compatible, no problems. It fired right up and started doing its job.
