Leviton plug as pictured
Recieved a working, in good condition 20 amp locking plug outlet for a garage project/backup system. The unit works as stated and is as pictured in the original photos with the red/orange ring around the plug center. The price was mutch better than the $30-40 price tag at some of the box stores even after shipping.

Good price, quality part, delivered to my doorstep
It is the same product I would have bought at Home Depot delivered to my door in a very timely fashion. The price was a little higher than home depot but when you consider the convenience this was a good deal.

Got 2 different receptacles
I'm rebuilding a kiln and I wanted 2 receptacles that matched. Also I wanted Leviton brand. What I got was a Leviton and a Hubbell receptacle Now the plugs on the front don't match. As you can see from the picture both boxes were Leviton. Because of this poor quality control I could not give any more than a 3 out of 5.

Perfect for my purpose. I only needed single phase 240 plus ground, but having neutral as well open other uses for the outlet.
