These are the best parchment paper sheets. I use them to line my pans for cookies, veggies, and rolls. I stick them in my Dutch oven at 500 degrees for sour dough. I line my glass pans for brownies so you can just lift them out when they cool. These are perfect for just about every baking need and they are not creased like others.

This is by far the best parchment paper I have found! I bake and cook every night and this has been a most welcome addition. Hate when I run out! This works great for bread baking, every kind I have thrown at it has turned out beautifully. Cakes never stick, and casseroles are a snap for clean up! Can not speak highly enough about this product! The case it comes in is a perfect fit for the drawer above my baking supplies and makes it very easy to grab and go, unlike rolled versions. Fits my 1/2 sheet pans perfectly.

This is a consistently good product. The substantial packaging ensures that it arrives in good condition. And it is very easy to work with. It fits a quarter sheet pan perfectly. This is a consistently good prodcut. This is the third or fourth time that we have purchased it.

Really nice parchment paper, we have been using this paper for over a year, this is our second pack, it stays flat, and nothing we bake has stuck to it, great help in baking cleanup, I was given nothing for this review.

Best I have ever used. Perfect for pastries, cookies, sourdough bread. Never burn. Never curl. The package gets stored in my cutting board rack. Just side out a sheet and place on baking sheet. Has helped to keep the integrity of my baking sheets. They still look brand new. Highly recommend

UPDATE::: After finishing the pack, here I am purchasing another pack. Yes, it does let the oil soak through to an extent, but I like the other aspects of these sheets too. Like they are unbleached, good sized, no curls. I wish they didn't let the oil soak through on to the tray At first I really liked it. It's truly non-stick and the food slides off really well. It withstands the temperature up to 425 very well. I haven't used it beyond that temperature. Since it's not rolled up and they are all flat it's easy to keep it flat on the baking tray. But because it is flat the box in which it comes is also pretty big. Although not too thick. So sometimes it's a little cumbersome to get the box and get a sheet out. ONE BIG NEGATIVE But there is one problem with the sheet because of which I gave it 2 stars. It soaks up the oil like crazy. Once I happened to put slightly extra oil in the veggies for roasting. After about half an hour of baking at 425 degrees the oil had soaked through the parchment paper and onto the baking tray increasing my work of washing the baking tray too. No point in using a parchment paper that lets the oil soak through onto the tray no matter how non-stick and how withstanding it might be. I will finish my pack and stick to the local store bought parchment paper.

These parchment sheets are great for baking. And, what is best is that one doesn't have to deal with uncurling them or tearing them to use. Just pull them from the cardboard box and lay them on the baking sheet. I use them all the time and they are a staple to have in the kitchen. These are the best! Would definitely recommend!

This is the best parchment paper I've used to date. LOVE the sheets, no more curling, ripping and tearing. My cookies came out absolutely beautiful, delicious and the paper worked like magic. Would 1000% purchase over and over again. A permanent must in my kitchen from now on.
