Dis-armed chair
Good:The chair was easy to assemble, boxed well and looks nice.Feels like nice high end faux leather if there is such a thing. Will be easier to clean than just fabric. The seat cushion is firm but nice. The seat seems deeper but a slight bit narrower than standard. More so with out arms. (Didn't want arms as I sometimes play guitar as a pause from work.) The tilt is nice... but the syncro tile is a sales pitch to say the seat and back are connected...Not so good:EDIT: Had a few months and the seat faux leather has no breathability to it. So the tail end gets a little stale after sitting for a few hours... especially when it is warmer in the house. Well maybe I should get off it now and then and take a stroll. The tilt tension knob is the only thing that feels cheep. In a firm grip to ease the tension it deformed. It regained shape after the adjustment, but feels cheep.Put my high end rollers off the old chair onto this so I don't damage the wood floor. Pitched the standard plastic wheels... seems wasteful but so is ruining a nice wood floor.

Its ok, not great.
Most chairs bought online are easy to assemble, this one is the same.Been using this chair for about 5 weeks now. I use this chair as my office chair as I work from home. Typically 6-10 hours a day.Pros: Looks good, its small and armless which is great for my small apartment. Rollers are good, knobs and adjustments work well. No complaints with the reclining.Cons: Very poor lumbar support, gives me a soar back after 1-2 hours. I had to buy a lumbar support pad to augment this chair. The cushion is losing its cushiness and isn't comfortable past 4-5 hours. I think its only going to get worse from here on out.I wouldn't recommend this chair as an office chair unless it has limited use. For the price point you can do better.

The chair is comfortable & easily adjustable.
Easy to assemble. The chair feels very solid. Easy to adjust up/down & vary the tilt or eliminate it. The seat could be a bit softer, or deeper dense foam. Not really a complaint, just that a long morning leaves the bum less than in bliss.

Definitely get what you pay for :)
Workplace bought a chair like this n I had to have one . Scanned the barcode using amazon app n bought it right then and there . Absolutely the best office chair I’ve ever bought ! It’sEasy to assemble , rolls easily when I’m rolling from side to side along my desk , truly supports the lower back and not all fancy with cushions .The best yet ! Well worth the money !

VERY good solid and versatile office chair at an affordable price.
Don't waste your time with the cheap chairs sold in office supply stores -- this chair really opened my eyes to how good a chair could be while still being affordable. The gas cylinder is good quality; the back's bracket attaches to the seat using 4 allen bolts that each include a lock washer, normal washer, and thread-locker compound pre-applied to the threads. Not only is there a knob to adjust the recline tension, but the underseat lever allows you to lock out the recline function, as well as make the traditional seat height adjustment. It's a solid and durable design executed in good quality materials.

Cheap and shabby
Bought 2. One arrived with the piece that connects the wheelie part to the seat shattered. The top and bottom are held together by nothing more than sitting the "rod" in a little piece of plastic underneath the seat, and this piece of plastic is about a micron thick.

Very easy to assemble
I was waking up every AM to back issues before I purchased this chair. LITERALLY have had zero pain since I started using this at my home office, so it's a lifesaver! Very easy to assemble, just a few steps. Came in large pieces. Very very happy with my purchase.

Chair back is falling apart after just a few weeks.
Not very impressed.. Chair seems pretty solid, but only after a few weeks, the staples that are holding the mesh onto the chair back are already coming out. I just literally scratched the side of my hand on one of them as I sat down (which made me want to write the review). I work from home and am basically in this chair 8 to 10 hours a night. I think the base might hold up okay, but not too confident about the mesh back. If this was a smaller item and/or easier to repack, I'd send it back. Since it's such a pain, I'll just try to fix it myself. If you are looking for a heavy duty chair for lots of use, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
