Review: Addictive and tastes amazing! - I eat it most weeks. This stuff elevates your Mexican to the next level. I don’t eat Mexican without it. The only issue when first buying it, was it was really difficult to get the lid open. My hands are weak and my husband was really struggling. He can manage it much easily now but I think having the lids easier to open would be ideal.

**Q: How do you get the lid off? I have tried gadgets/rubber gloves etc etc but it's not budging.**
A: If I have difficulty, sometimes a gentle tap of the jar lid on a bread board Breaks the seal.

A: Have you tried knocking the lid on kitchen counter all the way round to release the pressure or stick a dinner knife under the lip of the lid and wiggle.

I eat it most weeks. This stuff elevates your Mexican to the next level. I don’t eat Mexican without it. The only issue when first buying it, was it was really difficult to get the lid open. Taste-wise for me it is excellent. It is reasonably mild but with nice chunks of tomatillo. I rarely eat it as is: I mix it with cut up avocado, fresh cilantro and lemon juice and find it perfect that way. Quickly devoured by everyone at home. The part about it being hard to open is true. I have personally never managed and the rest of tge family struggle. I fear a trip to the emergency resulting from attempts to open it.
