Purple is 16” Pink is 14” Blue is 12” *these measurements are approximate.

Is there a difference in the bands? between the pink and black set? i know they have light, medium, heavy. but can both sets be used for anything?

They are the same resistance, just different colors and yes they can. You can utilize in whatever exercise you like, I do!

What are the strength levels for each color?

I read the grey set marketing materials. . The advertisement says they have different tensile strength and the same size. This is different than what was posted here.

Nice Resistance Bands

These are great booty bands! They provide three different levels of resistance. The fabric is nice and soft and they don't slide or pinch my skin. They are super light making them easy to pack in a suitcase for travel. They are the perfect with for using higher up or lower down on the legs. There is a little instruction booklet and a bag to keep them in. Definitely a keeper.
