When the company contacted me asking about the product, I told them, and they immediately sent me another product. This time it was perfect.I love this hook so much. It's perfect for holding my phone and wallet. It's bigger than I thought it would be - think BIG man hands. The color is nice. It's all white and pretty, and it feels really solid.
