I purchased and thought I could run one line of data and have it come out four lines of poe. it looks like each poe needs it's own data line? Why?

This is a poe injector - it adds power to any non-PoE switch. In the description it says * this is not a switch - you use it to add PoE to any switch or router for each PoE port used, you need a jumper to a non-PoE switch.

can this device power 4 class3 devices at the same time? If not can the power supply be swapped out to one that can support?

This injector kit cannot support four, class 3 PoE devices at the same time. This injector, WT-GPOE-4, can be used with other power supply options such as the PS-48v60w, or PS-48v120w if you need a higher power budget. For further questions, please contact our technical support team.

Can i use this to power 4 ubiquiti uap-ac-lr wifi access points?

If they have a date code of 1638 or higher, yes. Models with that date code (or higher) will operate using 802.3af PoE. Models with earlier date codes will need 24V PoE. Please feel free to contact our technical support team for more information. Thank you!

Does the power supply come with this product? I dont see that mentioned in the description or in any of the poctures.
