Tastes great and you get a lot!
A little goes a LONG way with this! I use it in my miso soup and it's great! Tastes very good, hydrates fast, and has a great texture. And as I said a little goes a long way, so this will last you a long while!

Good taste and it lasts a while.
I've always like dried wakame. This wakame is good and the amount in the bag lasts awhile.

Quick and crunchy
These reconstitute in a bowl of warm soup within minutes. The seaweed is crunchy, not flimsy. Really like them.

Good and convenient
I got this Wakame Cut Dried Seaweed for my favorite chicken soup recipe. It is delicious and very easy to use. When my soup is still hot, I just add a small amount of the seaweed to the bowl, and it turns into a nice chicken soup with seaweed. It only takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to rehydrate. I only use a small amount, maybe about a teaspoon for a small bowl of soup, and it expands nicely. Great product and very convenient to keep in the pantry.

Different but not bad
I've never tried this before - seaweed that is. It's an acquired taste but one I think I can work on. I got it because it was in a recipe for Japanese Cucumbers from my favorite recipe site. It was "optional" but "recommended". If this person on my favorite site states "recommended" I give it a whirl. I'm glad I did. Looking forward to exploring more.
