You can't go wrong with genuine Littmann replacement parts for your Littmann stethoscope! I still have the Cardiology III that I bought with my first paycheck when I became a nurse. I have replaced the diaphragms a few times over the last 20 years, and I always purchase Littmann replacements. They snap in place easily and look exactly like the original parts. They fit perfectly and offer the same excellent sound quality I expect from Littmann products.

OEM Replacement Parts (Fits Classic III)
I picked up this spare parts kit to refresh the chest piece and eartips on my Littmann Classic III.The pieces are genuine 3M replacements and fit exactly as expected. I generally leave the pediatric diaphragm cover on the bell side rather than swapping it out for the included non-chill sleeve. The diaphragm picks up low frequencies fine if you press lightly, and keeping it covered prevents the bell from collecting lint in my pocket.The diaphragms snap into place securely. The eartips provide the standard acoustic seal, though they require a bit of force and twisting to fully seat onto the metal ear tubes.Overall, it’s a straightforward, functional kit that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Works as intended. Easy fix for a loose diaphragm, massively cutting down the artefact noises. Sure, a little pricey, but a replacement is much more expensive. Happy.

Ottimo (non va bene per Cardiology II)
Ottimo materiale, ovviamente. E' un ricambio per i modelli più nuovi di fonendo Cardiology. Purtroppo, è poco compatibile con il mio vecchio modello di fonendo (Cardiology II) per il quale non sono più disponibili i ricambi. Infatti la ghiera è sottilissima e si stacca subito: per il momento ho risolto con un sottilissimo velo di colla, la qualità del suono è mantenuta ma non so quanto durerà.
