Directions: Just add: 1 egg or an egg replacer of choice (e. g. 1 mashed banana) 35ml (2. 5tbsp) vegetable oil. 75ml (1/3 cup +tbsp) water. 15g (1 tbsp) honey or agave nectar. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line the baking tray with baking paper and grease with some coconut oil or butter. In a small bowl combine the egg or egg replacer, honey (or agave nectar), water and oil. Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl, add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Form cookies into the desired shape and bake for 17 minutes.
