Rubbermaid Commercial Microburst 9000 Aerosol Odor Control LCD Dispenser, White, for Restaurants/Hotels/Schools/Airports/Offices

I bought this item to use in my office space since a neighboring office smells. I do not know if it is the new employee within that office himself or the disgusting fish tank he brought in, but his office reeks. I researched for a while until I found something that would help. This automated dispenser has helped tremendously! I have mine set on high with 24 hour sprays Monday - Friday to keep the area smelling fresh. It has worked wonders. I can smell it in the hallway near the elevators and no, it is not overpowering. I read reviews saying that it is hard to program using the paper instructions. I agree that these were a tad confusing, but the instructions on the inside of the dispenser were clear and it was super simple to find an instructional video by goggling. It uses 2 D batteries. I also got the refill cans from Amazon and even on high sprays its lasts for 2 months. A winner in my book.

I have bought many of these for our church. The ability to have them work 12 or 24 hours means that you don't need them on when people are not there, and you double the life of the fragrance. I use a 12-hour setting on medium and I just need to check it every 60 days when it beeps. I use the microburst 9000 which ends up lasting about 6 months which makes it economical.

Works just as advertised. Reason for taking a star out is it’s not very flexible in terms of schedule- I have it in an area where my cats have their litter box and my only option is to keep it on 25 hours or 12 hours - what I would’ve liked is the ability to schedule the number of hours

There is an exit hallway at my office building that leads out to the loading dock and the dumpsters. When you open the door to that hallway that leads to the exit door, you're bombarded by the fragrance of vanilla, and it smells so good. I said, "I want this in my house," and looked up and saw this model high up on the wall. I figured if it could make that huge hallway near the garbage smell this good, my small house would smell incredible with this device. Dinky plug-ins seem to only last a week, no more than 2 and I thought this $50 I spent on this device and fragrance would be a knockout. I hooked this up with the Microburst 9000 Vanilla Royale and although I hear it spray every few minutes, I'm not smelling ANYTHING like what I smell in the hallway at work. I barely smell anything at all. Not happy with this product at all. I was going to call Rubbermaid to see what the problem is but have decided screw it, just return it and try something else. Huge let down.

Thought it came with the aerosol can, as it is pictured with one, but that was not the case.

I have always had Ecolab products for work. I couldn't get the refills so I bought this instead. I have it set from 11 to 11 so it doesn't go off when we are closed. It lasts 3 months! A great deal.

I would not purchase this product again. Its expensive and too difficult to program. The same thing as Air Wick dispenser.
