Very happy with this allowed me to haul my scooter to s festival and combined with cover it was kept clean and dry! Easy to hook up

Every thing was easy to assemble i thing i had to adjust was the welded nut on the ramp had to be drilled bigger. Sitting in the my wheelchair it took 45 minutes to build. Instruction very blurred but worked with a little ingenuity. Overall i give a 5/5. This was the only one at this price that was wide enough for my Jazzy select elite chair.

This gait to drive the scooter up on does not sit level and makes it difficult for me (small Female) to get the scooter on without pushing it from behind. Also the clamps have cheap pull rings. It broke and we had to replace it with a key ring. The pull rods also make it a much less wider cramp to drive upon. The front wheels get a caught in them.

Ok so I got this to be able to easily carry my husband's folding electric wheelchair around easier than having to fold it and lift it into the cargo area. In that it's perfect, however my husband's wheelchair is narrower than most of the higher priced electric wheelchairs on the market such as jazzy etc and just barely fits. It's sturdy enough and easy enough to assemble. May be a bit heavy for elderly people as its about 75lbs assembled. Is as mentioned a bit narrow so make sure you carefully measure your chair or scooter but overall for our purpose it's a great product and price wasn't bad either compared to some on the market.

I bought this to haul my mom's mobility scooter around. First, they sent a standard coarse threaded nut instead of a metric fine threaded (this 2 guys at the hardware store to help me figure out). Then I assembled this heavy thing and found out it won't sit flush or even close to the ground to load a scooter on. It isn't very well built, the welds and paint are shoddy as well. Now, I will disassemble this 100lb monstrosity to send it back. Save yourself and your back. (Also, product support is only done through a chat and can take up to 48 hrs to respond, they responded in 12 hours with no actual help)

Can even support me and my chair, I took it to a body shop and had them. Paint it a bright refractive, Yellow and put the necessary refractive tags on it to be seen at night. The Body Shop thought I was a genius. The biggest problem with wheelchair racks is the guy behind you. Doesn't always see the black rack

D'après les spécifications du manufacturier, ce support peut soutenir 181,6 Kg en plus de son propre poids et la chaise ne pesait que 100,6 Kg. De plus, après avoir été exposé à une averse, les jonctions entre le treillis et l'armature présentaient des traces de rouille. Le vendeur m'a dit qu'il ferait tout pour corriger la situation. Au deuxième contact, il me dit qu'il ne peut avoir la pièce défectueuse mais il m'offre 50$ en compensation. ( si la chaise tombe, elle coûte très cher sans compter les domages causés aux autres). Au troisième courriel, il me dit que comme ça été acheté chez Amazon, de demander un échange. C'est certain que je ne veux pas de ce produit et Amazon m'a remboursé.

Good quality, pretty heavy if you’re not working out. I can pick up and install to trailer hitch. Aluminum would have been nice, much more expensive.

My product was missing circled piece. I would like that piece sent to me as I have assembled hitch and shipping costs to return product would be too high.

For what i paid i thought it would've been a little better welding is kinda shotty but still works for what it is

Absolute garbage. It deserves zero stars but I have to leave one for the algorithm. Amazon should be ashamed to be selling this.
