Reliable
So far so good! I haven’t had any issues with this powering a bitaxe gamma 601. It provides more than enough power to overclock as well. It stays cool to the touch and I’ve never had it get hot. I’ve been running this bitaxe for roughly a month now nonstop with this power supply.

Not enough power/unstable for WS2812B
Update 10-8-18: Customer service is working with me to resolve and diagnose the issues. Attaching the power to both ends appears to be solving the issue even without a capacitor as I had to use previously to get it partially functional. They have additionally sent me a working replacement of the two I purchased that have had no issues and did not require the power to be attached to both ends. I purchased two sets of these, returned the first one assuming I was just unlucky. The second set was not much better. Using an Arduino and WS2812B LED strips from same seller and I could get at most 1 change in color before they locked up, I assumed software or some other issue, but I had purchased a PS from them a couple of years ago and it worked fine, no problem even when voltage dropped near the end I could rapidly change the colors/brightness. I was able to get around the issue with the use of a capacitor on the newer ones, but I still could not go past about ~120 brightness depending on saturation before it would lock up while the older one (again same model) would do just fine at bright white, nothing else needed. Not sure if I'll settle or return and try a different brand, but after 4 and none working out of the box I would not recommend.

I'm rating their customer service
I bought this unit to power a LED strip for my TV Ambience setup; unfortunately, the adapter died 10 seconds after I plugged it in, so this review is for their customer service. I contacted them via email, and they responded quickly. They asked me to send them a couple pictures and do a couple of tests. The unit was indeed dead. Immediately they asked me if I wanted a refund or a different unit sent to my location (International). I asked for a refund and they did so quickly. We all understand that the manufacturing process is not 100% reliable, so it is expected that some units are faulty. Mine was indeed one of those and even though we are sure that these things happen, we are not sure how the company will respond to a situation like this. In this particular case, they delivered. So thank you for that. For those that are planning to buy the unit, you can do so knowing that the company will get back to you.

Danger! Failure at 80% load!
Short review: This power supply is dangerous! Not only did it fail to deliver 80% load in optimal conditions, it also got stuck in an overheating fail state for at least an hour! The only good thing I can say is no fires or melting occurred. Long review: I purchased a 5V 10A version to replace a lab power supply for an 8 x 18650 battery tester. The peak current draw of this end device is 8.2 amps, verified on the lab power supply. I set the new power supply on the cold concrete thin side down and started all 8 channels, waiting 10 minutes to make sure nothing heated up excessively. I came back a couple hours later, the tester was cold and powered off and the power supply was painfully hot. Thankfully the batteries and tester were fine, based on the graph data the power supply failed shortly after I left and remained in that fail state for a long time. I'm glad my test setup was in the garage on a cold concrete slab, things could have played out differently if I tried this on carpet.

High quality replacement
Have a usb-3 laptop docking station that had its own 5v power brick. I'm really pushing the docking station while I work from home and have had a few instances where it stutters, or charging devices connected to it start disconnecting or trickle charging. The dock is rated to use 6.5a, and that's what the included brick provides, but I think it was struggling to provide a steady supply under full load Bought this since it adds some room above the top rate with 3.5 more amps available. it's got a normal 3 prong end too, so it plugs in more securely and takes up less room on the surge strip (the old one was a brick that plugged in directly and slipped out easier). Plugged in and it works great. Under load the dock now runs with everything at full power, and the stutters and disconnects have stopped completely. Only negative to this brick, as others pointed out, is the female end of the three prong that plugs into the brick tends to fall out or become loose. I had a spare male-female 3-prong cord, where the female end is a good 3-4 mm longer than the one it came with. This causes it to grab the prongs in the brick more snugly and stays in place. With this small substitution, it's perfect. overall, i'm very happy with this purchase.

Poor voltage regulation
Mine puts out 5.56 Vdc at light loads, which is pretty poor regulation. My WS2812B LED strip calls for 5.3 V absolute maximum, so I'm afraid I might damage my LEDs.

NIce power supply - exactly as described.
Great little power supply for my lighting project./ Works exactly as described. It is silent, and compatible with the lights I needed it for. The price seems right on point with other similar products.
