It's little tighter than other theraband but quality is good

The product photograph that goes with this item on the website is slightly misleading. It shows different colours and some might think multiple colour bands are being sold here. Therabands come in seven different colours of varying strengths. This one is blue (the headline description says it clearly though) which is exactly in the middle of the spectrum - neither too strong nor too soft (you can check out the internet to understand the various strengths of different colours). It is best to start from the middle and work your way up unless you are super strong or super weak.The product does not come with any exercise manual or instruction. The internet is full of them, so that's not a problem.Isometric exercises (where you are not moving the joints too much) are good and safe for building muscle strength, particularly if you are trying to come out of an injury, as I am.At the end of the day it is just an elastic band that is 5 feet long and four inches wide. The only thing worth the money will be how long this strength will last.
