After suffering from multiple UTIs that never cleared, I did some extensive research and found that black seed oil (thymoquinone) helps eliminate the biofilm that kept the bacteria in place. Combining this with probiotics and d-mannose, I have finally cleared my infections. For the first time in years, my gut health is in check. The Maju product is easy on my stomach, helpful for everything else and now my husband is taking it for other health issues. Folks, do your own due diligence and you'll find black seed oil is a natural healer for many of our current ailments. The taste does not bother me. The pills are easy to swallow with minimal odor and for relief after all these years...it's worth every penny!

I swear by this stuff! After taking a few months hiatus from it, I’ve recently started it back up again. I only stopped taking it because of pure laziness, not because of any side effects, and now I’m kicking myself. After just 5-7 days my joints don’t ache as much and my face looks way less puffy. I definitely think it aids in the bodies anti-inflammatory process. Now that I’ve re-discovered how much I love this stuff, it will continue to be a staple supplement for this 30 yr old girl on a “health care journey.” I usually take it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, but not sure if how you take it makes any difference.
