Perfect fit for my Yamaha Roadstar
Ordered a previous battery that did not fit my 2009 Roadstar, even though it said it did. Returned it and ordered this battery. Fit perfect, and had a charge on it. Went ahead and plugged it in to my battery tender to fully charge it, but it started the bike right away. Great battery for the price. Trying to find a motorcycle battery unless it's a Harley can be tricky, or very expensive.

that feature is totally useless. They claim you can mount your cables (say ...
Very tight fit in a 2010 Yamaha FJR but it works well. For those reading this that may be contemplating this for their FJR know that the brace that goes across the battery in two pieces that are screwed together will have to be bent a bit and the end that connects to the side. Basically, you are "bowing" the brace because the batter is about a millimeter or two higher than the stock battery and the brace won't mate up. Once I bowed one end, and then squeezed the two pieces together I was able to get the screw started. After the brace is tight, that battery isn't going anywhere and has zero chance of moving within the battery holder. Now as to the double post connector, that feature is totally useless. They claim you can mount your cables (say on the top) and then your accessory leads on the side. No, you can't. The two screws will meet in the middle and you will never get them tight unless you back them off with washers, but if you do, you are only going to get a few twists of tightness before the screws hit. I wouldn't trust that. If they really intended for one to do that, they posts should have had offset screw holes for the top and side so that the screws just missed each other. However, given the size of the battery and the size of the post, I doubt that is possible. Anyway, good battery. I am happy with it so far.

Great for FJR1300 + Update 2 plus years
UPDATEJust wanted to let you know that after two plus years, all is well and still no issues. Have a voltmeter installed on the bike so I have that data all the time. When it's cold out I do use heated gloves and a heated vest. Wanted to upgrade my review now that I've some experience with the battery. Will update again should things change. This batt fits my 2003 FJR1300 almost perfectly. Almost means that I had to add just a slight bend to the top retaining bracket so all would fit. This new batt is just the smallest amount taller that the original. Seems to be very strong. I run a Ham radio and had it wanting a bit more amperage for testing when the bike was off. No issues with the new batt so the power is there. The star reduction is for the cable connecting screws. They are a bit short if you need to add a few more connectors directly to the battery as I do. The screws off the old battery are about 1/3 longer and fit the new one as well so all worked out OK.Still new to the product but happy with the purchase so far.

Yechhhhh
I bought this battery after reading a shoot-out online where the Motobatt won hands-down.But my experience belies the online report . . . . . STAY AWAY - I went through THREE bad batteries in a row before giving up and buying a proper Yuasa. And I am more inclined to believe that the tester got the exception and I got the 'rule'.Save your money and buy a quality battery from Yuasa.
