Can I pour this into a smooth on rubber mold I've already made? Then can I make a casting of this new flexible model I make with smooth on rubber?

Yes you sure can, since dragon skin is a platinum cure silicone you need to pour it into a platinum cure silicone mold. If your mold is tin cure, dragon skin will not cure properly. Make sure you use a good coat of mold release and you'll be good. Best of luck!

Haven't tried it yet, but will I need a vacuum chamber to degass like regular Dragon Skin?

I have made several prosthetics from it and haven't degassed any of them

Will the trial size cover a sculpt of a face mask?

Yes, the trial size will be plenty, but it's very soft. Dragonskin FX is usually used as a prosthetic. Picture this...if you sculpt a false nose from clay, make a mold of it with resin or plaster, Dragonskin FX is what you would use to cast the false nose to stick onto your real nose. Does that make sense?

How firm or hard is this when dry? is it similar to jello, tire thread, or something else? Thanks!
