They work!
I have found that my IBS symptoms have been a lot better since I've started taking these. They are expensive, but if they work and make the quality of my life better, I'm very happy to keep buying them.

They work!
I never write reviews but on this occasion, I feel I need to! For a few years I had been constantly getting ill, sickness bugs, viral and bacterial infections. If someone so much as sneezed near me, I would catch it. If someone had a stomach bug, I would catch it. My immune system seemed to be bad and I had lots of stomach issues like abdominal pain, random sickness and nausea. I did extensive research to find out what could help and these are one of the top recommended supplements. I’ve been taking these for just over two months and within the first week, the nausea subsided as well as the abdominal pain. It might be a coincidence but I also haven’t been ill since either. Before I was getting ill roughly 2 times per month. I definitely feel confident that these have improved my gut health, therefore my immune system. I will continue.

Good quality probiotics
These have been my go to probiotics for years. I find them gentle on my stomach, of good quality, and usually on Amazon you can find them for a good price. I was had tummy troubles, but if I’m good, remember to take these every day they really do help.

Really helped balance my system
After two course’s of antibiotics back to back I wasn’t feeling myself, my digestive system was off balance and I felt quite low mood and anxious. After being recommended by a family member who has tried these, I was shocked I started to feel better in a few days and have feel almost back to normal in 2 weeks. No more digestive problems and I have my appetite back. Such a easy way to get probiotics in your system.

Much-needed to rectify damaged, deteriorated gut health.
I needed this to correct the internal damage of coronavirus to my gut health. To be clear... this is NOT a cure against coronavirus; coronavirus is STILL ongoing. If you wish to stop contracting and spreading it, wear your face-masks when mixing. Otherwise, we just have continuation of 2020+ When your gut health is wrecked, your immune system is NOT working. Please protect yourselves

Excellent performance when we have traditionally suffered from IBS or constipation too we take one of the boosted Bio Kults tabs instead of the usual daily regular strength tablets and we're all good. If asked I would recommend the normal strength bio kult for everyday use too.
