Gluten free crackers
Thus is one of the most tastiest crackers I have ever tasted.

These are addictive and nearly like regular matzoh: super crispy, oniony, no bloating after eating. :D
I got some at Whole Foods during Passover, and went back to get more to find they are not restocking. Bummed out. These were such a treat. Since going gluten-free, I've been disappointed by a host of "almost like" products--be it crackers or cookies or breads. THESE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The plain ones are more useful overall, but these just remind me of those onion rolls I used to get at the bagel place (the flavor of toasted onion, you know.)I'd rebuy locally regularly if I could FIND them. I'm afraid to buy online, cause generally cracker items of this sort arrived all broken up. But I may just go for it to keep them in the house. These crackers are terrific. You don't have to be a gluten-avoider to fully enjoy these. Anyone could.Update: Ordered through VitaCost and they arrived all broken and crumbly. No protective wrap or box inserts. Just boxes in the box. Well, it's to be expected they fell apart. I contacted them and they are sending a replacement. I hope this shipment is bubble-wrapped or something and they make the trip at least in big pieces, which is fine, I don't expect them fully intact via UPS, just not crumbs.Last Update: The second box arrived, and all they did was put a small rectangle of bubble wrap on top. Not around. Not securely. And, yes, they were broken up/crumbly again. I guess between the two orders (original and replacement), I have nearly one full set of nearly-unbroken. :D Unless you like broken/crumbs of crackers, may want to just get it in the store. Two deliveries here, no luck. But it was really nice of them to send a replacement.

Delightful char makes this a go-to year-round
Funny enough, I literally just ate one of these with three-year aged Canadian cheddar, using the matzah like the cracker in a cheese-and-cracker combination. I routinely eat these year-round (as opposed to just at Passover). Unlike most matzah which is bland and tasteless, the char these have adds some nice flavor and kick and nicely complements various popular additions such as butter, cream cheese, and the aforementioned sharp cheddar. The only application at which I think it is less serviceable than its bland brothers is in the dish Matzah Brei... it's fine but for that dish, it's a better use of the thinner, blander matzahs that otherwise prevail.

Broken and unusable
This box of Matzah arrived broken. The contents were unusable as they were crushed into tiny pieces and dust.

Delicious, but shipping damage.
For those of us who are gluten-free, these are quite good. The only complaint is that they were broken up a bit in shipping. I was okay with that since the price on Amazon is much better than stores.
