Marchpower Arc-Chill Cooling Blanket for Hot Sleepers Queen Size Blue

I wake up drenched in sweat a lot so I was excited to give this cooling blanket a try ! The blanket has two dofferent sides that feel different . The cooling side feels icy cold to the touch and the other side is soft and breathable ! If I start feeling too cold I can just flip it over . I chose the queen size and it is perfect for my bed. The tie-dye design is so cute-it adds a fun little touch instead of just looking like a plain boring blanket. It's lightweight, soft, and breathable without feeling too thin. There is not much weight to it , so if you like weighted blankets this is probably not for you , but I myself, do not like weighted blankets. This blanket won't magically make your room freezing cold ( it works really well with your fan or ac on along with it !) , but it will definitely help keep you more comfortable throughout the night! I would buy it in a different color!

This cooling blanket has officially earned its spot as a household favorite. I originally bought it for myself and the baby since we both run warm at night, and wow—what a difference it makes. The material feels instantly cool to the touch and stays that way, even after snuggling under it for a while. It’s soft, breathable, and lightweight without feeling flimsy. But here’s the best part: my extremely frugal husband—who never jumps on board with buying “extras”—has been slowly falling in love with it too. I caught him napping with it once and now he’s hinting that we might need a second one, just in case our baby becomes too attached to this one 😅 It washes well, dries fast, and doesn’t lose that cooling feel like some cheaper brands do. Honestly, I didn’t think a blanket could make this much of a difference in sleep quality, but here we are—cool, cozy, and converted. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. I would love to try more products from this brand!

Holy cow! I got this on sale and out of desperation. I am in early menopause. My nightsweats are unbearable at times. I wasn't getting any sleep, despite my fan. The blanket had a return policy so I decided to give it a try. I can't believe how fabulous this blanket is! Let me preface this review by saying I also bought sheets and pajamas that are specifically for nightsweats as well so that also made a difference. The thing about the sheets and blanket are that for the most part they just feel like lightweight sheets and blankets. And that alone makes a difference. But the magic happens when you turn the fan on!! The blanket is meant to be used with the silky side up. Or that's my understanding from the directions. The air from the fan goes right through the sheets and blanket as if you weren't covered at all! You still feel the weight, but somehow, it not only lets the air flow right through it, it almost amplifies the coolness. If I get a bigger hot flash than usual, I kick my leg out and lay it on the silky surface of the blanket and it helps cool me down. As soon as that particular spot warms up because of my body temperature, I move it to a different spot and the warm spot cools down instantly! Like I said, the sheets I bought also help because they also allowed the air to flow through them so they don't inhibit the blanket. And I bought pajamas for people that suffer hot flashes and they are also very light weight and allow air to flow through. Honestly though, if you only have the money for one thing to help you sleep more cooly at night, this should be your pick. I love it so much I bought a 2nd one and I've told everyone I know about it. I was a complete skeptic, but now I'm a true believer! This blanket is a fricking miracle. You won't be disappointed! Update: My 2nd blanket came and despite another review that said it doesn't work if you lay on it, I tried it anyway. I put the 2nd blanket under me silky side up. It does get warm like everything else I put under me. I was going to give up after the 1st night just because I didn't need the extra laundry if it wasn't helping. BUT the 2nd night I got up to use the bathroom and in the few minutes I was gone the fan had completely cooled the bottom blanket and my bed was comfortable to get back into!!! Now if I wake up because I'm hot underneath, I just scoot over and let the fan blow on the blanket and I'm right back to sleep in moments. Again, the fan makes the magic happen. The blanket still has all the same qualities without a fan, but if you really want it to work its full potential, get a fan. You won't regret it. This is the most helpful sleep aid I've tried in years and I live in recreational pot state. Lol

I was skeptical of this product because I just couldn’t wrap my head around how a blanket could stay cool, but I was desperate for anything to help me with night sweats! This blanket is definitely cool to touch and does provide some relief. I don’t sleep with it on me (or at least I haven’t in the first week I’ve owned it), but my process is to keep it next to the bed to pull on when I wake up from being so hot. It’s a wonderful cooling sensation to help me get back to a normal temp and go back to sleep. I find if it stays too long on my body it will heat up pretty quickly so I move it around. It’s not helping me sleep through the night/stop me from waking up, but it does provide relief when I do wake up in the middle of the night. I also bought the pillowcase and find that gives significant relief. Again, it will heat up after you’ve been in one spot for a little while, but I move my head to another part of the pillow and it feels great. Both the blanket and the pillowcase are a great tool, but certainly not a cure to keep me from waking up in the middle of the night so hot and sweaty.

absolutely fantastic! its very light weight and seems bigger than expected (ordered king size). the texture is silky and smooth perfect for people with texture issues like myself! i have multiple cats and their hair doesnt cling to it which is a major bonus! extremely happy with my purchase and bought a second king size for my boyfriend and a throw size for my daughter

There were several things on the product massive stain but I was able to clean them so I will keep the product but I do not appreciate trying to send me a used product I'm very disappointed in the company letting that past their quality control I guess the reason they let it pass is because it was on prime day and it was like half price of what it would normally have been so they can pass off I use product or I'm staying on I haven't been returned more than Marion for them I guess buyer beware if you're going to buy this product but it is a very good cooling blanket and I do like it now it's cleaned up it works very well it's not old and used it was just stand up had to be cleaned if you can put up with that you're going to have a great product

I've realized most of the negative comments that made me apprehensive were made by people who failed to do their homework or had unrealistic expectations. I've been using this a week now and love it. It is very thin and soft and lightweight, which is what I was looking for. This isn't a traditional blanket and it's not thick and fluffy so don't expect that. We have Red Land cotton sheets that are thick and hold heat. A thick comforter on top of those is unbearable. This blanket on top of that sheet is still very cool and I have not had any night sweats. If I wanted it even cooler it I can ditch my top sheet. This isn't a "cooling" blanket, it just does not hold heat it. It sure seems to balance my body heat with the ambient room temp. Very please with the look, feel and quality. If that changes I will post an update. No odor out of the package like some review said, no idea what they were talking about. I ordered a queen size because my wife likes to sleep in between 580-725° so I didn't want to cover our entire king size bed. Now she wants me to order a king size blanket so this one will move to the couch.

First off, if you sleep hot, this is a helpful product. It doesn’t instantly chill your body but it definitely assists. Ceiling fan or other fan is a great add-on to complete the process. Second, don’t use a sheet. The blanket breathes best when you don’t use a sheet. I love my 600+ thread count cotton as much as anyone but it impedes the cooling effect of this product so avoid if you can. Third, a full size is barely big enough to cover one man and two 40 pound dogs when your spouse or partner doesn’t want your cooling blanket on them. Plan accordingly. If you have two or more dogs that sleep under the blanket with you, go for a queen. Less chance the dog will roll over in its sleep and pull the blanket off of you. Under no circumstances should you let your mother in law wash this blanket unless she religiously follows wash instructions. I allowed mine to be washed and it was run through a full dryer cycle. It’s not ruined but the fabric is all pilled on the cooling side which sucks to have against your skin. ALWAYS air dry your cooling blanket for best results or at the most, tumble alone on low heat or no heat. Finally, I intend to buy another of this product. It’s great. The fabric actually assists with cooling and when flipped over, is a decently warm throw, though if you want to actually be WARM under it, you’ll need to double it over so buy a bigger size or sleep with a sheet or other second layer to keep it warm. Hope this review helps. Remember, don’t let your mother in law wash it. You’ll thank me later.

My husband gets hot easily and he loves using this as it helps him control wanting it to cool him down or warm him up. We ended up buying the smaller size first to try and then the bigger one. Fabric feels soft and nice on the skin

Es increíble esta sabana o manta, dependiendo como se ponga, por un lado, el mas claro, baja la temperatura del cuerpo unos 5 grados si te tumbas encima, es fresco por el lado claro. Por el lado oscuro, hace de manta, si te pones encima de ella, te sube la temperatura corporal, es caliente. Dependiendo que lado te pongas o bajas la temperatura (claro) , o sube la temperatura (oscuro)

I bought this being a little doubtful, on arrival I saw it is made of good quality material and the seams are well finished. I’ve used it now for a few weeks and I am completely satisfied so much so I recommended it to my friend who also purchased. My night flashes have been reduced greatly and I don’t wake up as much during the night.
