The maximum diameter of the wire is OD3.5mm. It is recommended to use 14AWG soft silica gel wire for assembly

What are the ratings on these? i need something rated for at least 125vac/dc

These on their own would handle at least 15A at 125V just fine as long as you're not plugging in under power. Voltage rating is likely much higher hands-free, but probably 60VDC max for handheld use. It's just a simple hollow barrel though, so the ultimate rating would depend on the plug you use with it (spring force, materials etc). I'm using them for 12V at up to 8 amps without issue.
