I bought this because I've always wanted to try butter chicken but did not have access to a restaurant or all of the spices. Since this kit comes with all the less common stuff and a recipe for how to use them, it solved all of that for me.The recipe itself worked out well for me and I thought it turned out great. Don't really have anything bad to say about it but then again I don't have much to compare it to.The only drawback here is the cost which was $10. For that you get a few small pouches of (organic) spices and a recipe--enough to make one dinner of approx 4-6 servings. That's a bit expensive to me and you'll still need several more ingredients to make the dish yourself such as chicken, tomato puree, onion, garlic, ginger, and cream.Since my purpose was to pay a bit just for the convenience of having the spices sent to me and in the proper amounts, it was worthwhile to me just to be able to finally try the dish. However, if you want to keep making butter chicken yourself (and I do intend to), you'll probably want to eventually source the spices yourself and save yourself money.

Made this authentic Indian butter chicken and served it with cauliflower rice. Super easy instructions, great packaging and delicious flavors of spices. As an Indian, I can assure you this 100% as original as it can get

This is a great motivator to learn to cook Indian food. Loved the results! I will say it did rely heavily on some pantry staples that you might not have if you do not cook regularly (powdered ginger and powdered garlic are the ones I can think of off the top of my head). All in all though- tasty treat and a fun way to introduce Indian spices into your cooking routine.

The cost of this compared to getting a to go order is absorbent! You will end up paying double what you can get your own butter chicken from your local restaurant.I felt that the serves 4 was a bit misleading as well.

A little expensive but delicious.

My husband whips this up when we’re craving butter chicken and we don’t want to make the drive into town to the nearest Indian restaurant. Tasty and convenient.

This package was great. It made it very easy with everything in one place and all ready measured. It also tasted great - even our picky kids finished their whole plate.

Had never had Butter Chicken before, but man am I hooked. I could just make a pile of rice and slather it with this sauce. Heavenly! Don't know how authentic it is, but it is sooooo yummy.

I did not use this product it is a few spices and was not worth what I payed for it. It’s a scam do NOT buy this it’s a scam to make themselves money!!!!! Disgraceful abuse of customers.
