Well made and serve their purpose perfectly
These hooks serve their purpose very well, they hold of an over the door organizer. They are very well made and study, my only issue with them is that I wish that I would have realized how short they are. I have two hooks left over from the organizer and since they're so short they're not particularly useful to hang clothes from.

Holds far more than the plastic over the door hook I was using. I use ultra slim hangers. Pretty sturdy. Bought two hooks. I hang clothing to be laundered/Dryel-ed on the hook on the outside of the closet door; this keeps closet from smelling musty. Second hook is on the inside holding favorite belts.

Starixx Over the Door Hooks (4 pack) - Sturdy and Attractive
Starixx Over the Door Hooks (4 pack) - I like these a lot. They're sturdy and attractive, and the part that goes over the top of the door is thin enough so that I can close the door. These are very sturdy compared to other over-the-door hooks that I've had before. I'm using two Starixx hooks so far, one with the Specialty Styles Two Pack Scarf Hanger which I also bought from Amazon, and one with the Whitmor 6021-199 Ebony Chrome Deluxe 5 Tier Slack Hanger, also from Amazon.I'm using the Specialty Styles hanger for my fashion scarves, and the Whitmor slacks hanger for my winter scarves, with the Starixx hooks holding each hanger on a door. I'm very happy with this arrangement. It's useful, and I think attractive, to have my scarves displayed on a door, so I can see at a glance what I have. I'm planning to take a couple of these over-the-door hooks with me when I travel, along with several of my own hangers. I think that will work very well.

Takes paint off
Sure these work as hooks but they will also mess up the paint on your door and scratch the top of the door jam. Not great for renters.

Good for renters who don't want to drill or make holes. Works to hang all sort of clothes/towels but not delicate fabrics (unless use use hangers or straps)

Nice hooks, fit great over door and allows door to still shut. Only downside is the hook sit high on the door so hard to reach.
