The only reason this even deserves 1 star is because the information in the book is technically accurate. However, the title is extremely misleading. This book has very little information on the t-shirt business. This book is filled with the most basic of information about starting a business. Finding a name, types of businesses, hiring people, etc. If you are looking for a book on starting a t-shirt business, look elsewhere because this book will not help you.

Not what I expected! Pretty simple and general. I could have written it. If you want an overview this is perfect....if you are looking for something more specific...stay away!

I would recommend this book to anybody interested in starting their own T-Shirt business. It is simple, to the point and includes all the topics you would need to research. Its tips include; creating a brand name, recognising your market, advertising, and details about tax to name a few.The disadvantages of this book are that it is very simple, it doesn't go into much detail but it is a very good book to checklist what you have researched. The other downside is that the contents are on the back cover and there are no page numbers throughout the book so you can't easiy find the topic you want to read about, which doesn't make much sense as it is a book of pointers and tips to remind you what to look at/think about. It is a very useful book though for the beginner.

Brought this looking for an alternative prospective on an idea I already had. The book could not be any more useless. I am in no better off, than before I brought it.

Don't purchase this unless you're completely clueless about things like:- Target Audience- Naming your business- How to write a business plan- Managing employees- Marketing your businessIf all the above important for you then go ahead, else this isn't for you, I was looking for details about the actual trade, how to print T shirts, where to get bulk T shirts from, the different kinds of threads out there, what printing method is the best, design and creative,etc.
