Required more dose of B complex
Good combo of choline inocetol and methylated B vitamins but doses of B vitamins are very less .

Good choline inositol b complex combination for nerves
I have nerve agitation which affects my sleep pattern and energy levels. After using it feel much better. B complex with inositol and choline is doing good for me. My energy levels is improved. No more fatigue. Feel more relaxed and energetic. I feel less agitated.

Excellent product. No smell, no burps. This one has best composition of B-complex ever in an Indian brand. It takes some time (around 5-6 days) to feel effects like little more energetic, and good sleep.
