I’m really happy they have zinc, echinacea, probiotics, vitamin D and vitamin C, all things known to help boost the immune system. There’re only 25 mg vitamin C in these so I would prefer to have something with more mg and I’m not sure how effective the vitamin D is without vitamin K, but thankfully we eat a lot of mushrooms to help with vitamin D absorption. We live in CA so we also try to get lots of vitamin D from the sun (Without getting burned of course) in general anyway.
