Been taking this for a month. I have noticed a difference with my nails and skin. I had up and down constipation which has now subsided. My joints are less painful then usual. To be honest they taste horrid but anything good usually does.

Have been using these for couple of days now . I will be certainly buying more to make sure i take the supplements longer then just 1 or 2 months for it to actually start helping .Certainly tired of pills so vitamins in alternative as gummies is a good change for me .I hope this will help as i m recovering from ankle sprains and any help i d like to think it will help to get better faster .

Me han llegado hoy y me he tomado 2, de momento puedo decir que el sabor es muy bueno. Cuando me acabe el bote podré opinar más.El frasco herméticamente cerrado y bien etiquetado. Si veo que funciona para las articulaciones lo seguiré comprando porque se toman muy facil y te dejan buen sabor, es como comer gominolas.
