What can I say. It is a durable, comfortable, quality chair. The chair is ruggedly built, and uses good materials throughout. I wish the foam were either thicker or slightly more rigid as after sitting for a couple of hours I feel as though I have bottomed out on a hard surface. It is just fine as long as I stand and stretch every now and then. All in all I feel like this was a good use of my money.

I received this chair very quickly. It is amazingly supportive, I am 5' 7" and about 203 lbs, so I need good support. I don't feel like most desk / office chairs out there provide good support in the seat cushion. I have found that most of them just sink right to the bottom. If they don't do that right after you buy them, it happens within 1-2 months. I have had the chair now about 1-2 weeks and it is very firm but not too firm. It has not sunk down, and it is really supporting my upper legs/thighs and back side. You get what you pay for, and if you spend $200 or less on a desk chair, the cushion will probably sink down quickly. I think this is a great supportive one that will stay up. I have spent a lot of money on the leather "executive" style chairs in the past, that are just junk after awhile. The mesh style chairs are the way to go. The lower lumbar is perfect. I don't really have too many lower back issues and it supports my lower back fine. The arm rest is adjustable which I didn't read in the ad, and I didn't discover it until messing around with it. I didn't think it had it at first, and I was dissapointed, but then I "discovered" the arm adjustment buttons. They are there. This gives you the ability to level the arm rest with your desk, so you can type on your computer and rest your arms at the same height. Very cool and critical for ergonomics.HON is a Office furniture company, so I stand by companies like that who specialize in one thing. Buy this chair. You won't regret it. It's excellent and I am a chair critic.
