This is an All around good soap. It smells good. It has decent scrubbing and it is a fairly big bar. Pretty good

The lattermost point isn't a problem for your body, where a normal lather washes right off, but makes your soap dish look like it's been attacked by killer black mold once you're through with the bar (which won't take long, back to point number 2).

I've probably used 3-4 of these bars and I'm thoroughly impressed. Smell is light and refreshing after a good workout. Mild exfoliating feel is just right - not too much to feel like you can't use regularly. Did a little research on the benefits of activated bamboo carbon and I'm glad I found this. I had a light eczema issue and I think this helped clear that up. For the price I'd like to see a bigger bar e.g., 6 or 8oz. I would recommend this for an everyday or after workout bar as well as for someone with skin that tends to be dry.

First of all, it's black and that's cool. Secondly, I really like that it has no fragrance, so you simply smell 'clean' afterwards. While I do not use this as my everyday soap, it's my "go to" soap after working out.
