I haven't had any problem using SuperGrindz in my Jura S9, but I also descaled and cleaned regularly and only recently started using SuperGrindz to clean the grinder. For years I did nothing and never really tasted an off flavor from the grinder. My machine has been going since 2008. It's now the end of 2022. I thought it would be dead long ago, but thanks to regular cleaning and descaling (and later cleaning with SuperGrindz for the grinder) it's still going with no problems. 14 years and counting.
