Is this two cans or one large can?

My order is one large can. This product has a two year shelf life unopened but only 30 days after opening which creates a bit of a problem for a family of two as we can never use it in 30 days or even 60. I bought it as a backup emergency food so will likely never use it. It is probably a fine product but you need to be aware of the time issues

No, it's not raw milk. It is dehydrated from pasteurized milk.

If it is stored sealed in a freezer is the shelf life extended?

Yes. Absolutely. There are sources online that say you most certainly can freeze dry milk and that will double or triple the shelf life of sealed packages of dry milk over storing it at room temperature. Be careful when you purchase. My first purchase was fine but my second (different sellers) came in with half the shelf life already spent. I should have returned it. I put the open can back in the freezer and it lasts over a month when properly covered.

Can you freeze it once it's opened to extend the life?

I don’t believe so because being it is a powdered product freezing it might introduce moisture from condensation. The contents are sealed but there is some space between the seal and the content itself. It does have a long shelf life at ambient room temperature. This is my opinion - to get a definitive answer to this and other questions, of course contact the manufacturer or distributor. Enjoy- Richard.
