This book is well illustrated and wrote with the two languages on the same page. The only gripe is it does not have much to it. I would say at most a paragraph and a half worth of words. I bought this for my daughter and I, so I could read to her in Norwegian. I would like for her to be able to speak her ancestral language like me. This will help some, but not much. I would recommend buying a few other books at the same time. I did purchase "Am I Small?" So at least she will learn more than what this book offers. I also bought "Dette minner meg om jul". And for personal reason I bought the pocket English/Norwegian dictionary too.

Glad I bought this Bilingual bed time book.We just wish that more of the illustrations were lighter in color so we could see and explain the details matching the story.We enjoyed reading about the author and liked the color page too!

Not much text to read. Very beautiful illustration and good audio.I am very happy about my first book in Norwegian :)

Great book but I'm still waiting for the Norwigin audio!
