This deodorant goes on smooth and doesn’t leave that chalky residue some aluminum‑free sticks do. Legacy smells like Ambassador. Not 100%? But its the next best thing. Don't mess around with Captain anymore if that was your Ambassador replacement. It stays on your body the whole day (unless you sweat a lot but either way 1 reapplication is usually enough.) People are able to smell it on me and I get compliments. I got the Legacy body spray with it and they work great.

I really like the classic Old Spice Original scent. It smells great, isn’t overpowering, and the protection lasts a long time throughout the day. My main complaint is the twist-up dial at the bottom. It doesn’t work consistently. Sometimes the deodorant won’t move up when I turn it, and other times it won’t lower back down. That makes an otherwise very good product frustrating to use. Overall, I like the scent and performance, but the packaging mechanism could definitely be improved. 4 out of 5 stars.

Old Spice has always been a pretty good choice for deodorant, but not all kinds work great for everyone. The blue sticks work best for me, and I find that they leave less residue and seem to hold the good scent pretty well. It’s nothing groundbreaking, and Old Spice aren’t the only ones who do it, but this is good. This lasts a long time and feels like decent value for the money when it comes to deodorant. If you are stuck using chalky white deodorant, please do yourself a favor and give something like this a shot.

Most stores in our area stock the newer fragrances and these original anti-perspirant are an easy purchase through Amazon.

When I like something, it always gets discontinued or I have to get them elsewhere...like Amazon. This is one of them. Can't find these in the store. I love the sweet, yet manly smell this gives me. Reminds me of the "Bold" smell that was a "Pink Pepper" smell. Also can't find it in stores. If you want to walk by someone, and they say, "Mmmmmm" this is your deodorant.
