Will these fit on the 22/45 LTE?

I cannot tell you whether it they will fit. I have a 22/45 MK 2 and they fit. Try contacting the manufacturer. They were very helpful when I had a question.

Will this fit on a Taurus TX22 competition?

You need to buy sights made for that gun. This front sight is curved at the bottom to fit the contour of the Ruger Mark series barrels described in the specifications. The height is correct to mate with the rear sight on those particular models. These are excellent sights, but inappropriate for the Taurus. I own a TX. They don it fit.
