Pretty but Plastic
I didn't realize when ordering this that it was plastic and not an actual wood case. I purchased this because I was in the market for a hands free dispenser and wanted one with a more unique look. Feature wise, I like that it only dispenses 1ml at a time, so soap is not wasted, and a good amount of time can pass before requiring it to be refilled. Additionally, the sensor is very responsive and soap dispenses quickly. Overall I like this piece.

1 out of 2 work
I bought two of these. One works fine so far. It seems like it senses your hand better if it's dry, though, but I usually wet my hands before getting soap on them. I can live with that. Soap on dry hands, then wet, and hope the soap doesn't wash off before I can lather. My husband liked the wood-look, but was frustrated at first because it wouldn't sense his hand at all, but I told him about this technique and he begrudgingly accepted it.The second one I bought has been basically been a dud right out of the box. The first issue was when I put dish soap in it and was putting the little plug back in. It's a tiny rubber piece that has a tiny, TINY nub on the top for pulling it out of the hole (you have to use your fingernails, especially if it's gotten soapy). I pushed a little too hard when I was putting it back in and it went straight down into the soap hole. This is maybe 1/2 across, and luckily, I had an extra-long pair of tweezers to fish it out (only after emptying the soap back out and digging around in a hole I can't see in for about 10 minutes). Imagine accidentally pushing a cork down in a wine bottle and you get the picture, although you can probably look in the wine bottle while you work on it. I chalked this all up to user error. My bad.But then, after about a day and having only dispensed dish soap once or twice, it would barely dispense any. So I did more troubleshooting-- changed the batteries (even though they were new to start with) and added some water down in the soap to thin it out in case it was clogged. Neither worked and it simply stopped working altogether. The blue light that comes on when it senses you doesn't even light up, so I know it's the unit. It would be different if it lit up to show me it was TRYING to work, or was clogged because the soap was too thick, but by this time, it was half soap, half water in the container.Based on the fact that one works fine and the other stopped working after one day, I'm faced with returning one or both and I'm leaning towards both because how long until the other one stops working as well? At this price point ($33 each), I can add a few bucks and get a brand that I think might be more likely to back up their products and have better QA before shipping items.

This Item Seems To Only Work With Really Thin, Dishwashing Type Liquid
I didn't like that it doesn't work with my large supply of hand soap, (Milk & Honey, or Aloe,) that's designed not to dry your hands out. It does work with thin soap, like dishwashing liquid. Also, the inner plug stem is too difficult to reach down in the hole and pull out, in order to fill the bottle. I like the light wood grain plastic, the sleek design, and the fact that it's waterproof!

Looks great, worked temporarily but now not so much
We bought this during quarantine on March 31, received it early April. Worked great at first but dispensed a little more than needed. Not a big deal. Flash forward to late May/early June and it stopped dispensing on the first two hand waves -- took three waves in front of sensor to get an incredibly small amount. Changed batteries at least twice, maybe three times in three months, which is not bad at 1x per month. However, now it dispenses for periods of time on its own am I'm not happy about wasting soap during a pandemic. Looks great just wish it worked well. (Image of soap dispenser dispensing, although empty from dispensing the night before, on its own. Sound required.)

A month old and has issues already
I have had this for about a month and already there are problems. About 50% of the time when I put my sponge under the spout, nothing happens, the second time it works. Also, the bottom of it has been leaking. I use blue dish soap so there’s always soap right underneath it. The first couple of weeks, it worked great and I really liked it. But unfortunately the quality has just not held up at all

Not Awful/Not Good
The dispenser looks nice but has a cheap, plastic feel. No matter how much cleaning, adjusting, and poking we do (per included instructions), the soap still comes out at a significant angle, not straight down. It also takes longer to activate than our other touchless dispensers. The stopper also fell into the soap area on the first day but hasn’t affected function.

Garbage
Biggest waste of $32 I have spent in my life. The thing spits out a pin drop size of soap, like 1/6 the size of a grain of rice. I tried to dilute the soap with water to see if it would function any better....nope. Don't waste your money. Its junk. I chose it for its aesthetic appeal.....I am regretful I didn't believe others junk rating of the product. DONT BUY IT!

Looks beautiful , works great
I have only used it for some time now, but it looks beautiful in our bathroom. The sensor is working great and it dispenses the right amount of soap at a time , which is very helpful when you have young kids using it, so no more wastage of soap. The design is perfect and there are no drips. Overall , I am satisfied with this dispenser, need to see how it holds up with different soaps now.
