Beautiful but not thick material

A few issues with these envelopes worth noting
They are thick and heavy stock so they weigh more than regular envelopes. Normally that would be a positive because they feel good quality however if you are mailing these it does add to their weight. They are darker in colour than the photo so not very metallic or gold looking. Just a golden brown in colour and slight shimmer to them but not a shine. I used the envelopes to mail out a bunch of letters that needed to go out to my customers and I had them all on the table in a row to ship. Two days later I was surprised to find that the peel and stick glue on every one of them wasn’t sticky enough to hold it closed for two days. They all need to be taped close now. Thankfully I didn’t mail any of these otherwise the contents would have fallen out of each one while en route. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or they are all like this, I’d imagine most may never discover if their glue doesn’t hold…
