This has been a great addition to our back patio. I was a bit hesitant when the box arrived as I was expecting something heavier and larger. After opening the box I found several pieces that were well packaged. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The item went together in less than 15 minutes with 2 people. The size once completed was accurate and provided the exact coverage we wanted. It has held up to some 19 plus mile an hour winds. I have also noticed a significant decrease in the amount of morning sun that was an issue prior. I would recommend this product.

My handyman found it easy to install though he had to use longer bolts on the siding. He calked all around for a rainproof seal between the siding and the frame. It looks kind of cheap close up and it is only plastic, but it seems sturdy and looks really good from a distance.

Looks good and I get compliments on it. The hardware it came with is of low quality. Had a strong wind storm and the top bolts pulled out even with the plastic anchors. Had to use longer and wider bolts to get it fastened again. Not sure how well it will do in the winter with snow and ice but for warm weather, it does a great job keeping the area below it dry.

We are very happy with this awning. It covers the landing pad to a pigeon roost. We have had several heavy rains and strong winds in the past couple months without any issues.

I live in the mountains of East TN and bought this awning three years ago as a temporary covering over my front door. I honestly didn't expect it to last through the first winter snow. I am pleased to say it has latest thru TWO winters plus some very intense winds whipping through your little valley. It hasn't really faded or anything, just a little dirty. I have been so pleasantly surprised AND I was so easy to put together and install too!

I bought this cheap version of awning. It has plastic brackets, corrugated hollow sheet. The fixtures for the bracket can't hold much weight since they can slide in the drill holes. I replaced with wall anchors and fixed from inside. If you need a sturdy awning can hold snow, resist wind gust, this awning definitely will fail. Think about the price, the price of a good awning (metal brackets, thick solid polycarbonate sheet, stainless steel bolts) is four to five times of this price, you get Temu version of awning. It can only be used for protection from rain and sun.

Way to assemble with exception to the panels. They fit very snuggly and need some extra effort to install without damaging. Once installed it works well and is attractive. Installation hardware could be better although work for the application
