The adhesive tabs allow for custom fit and sticks well also allowing for readjustment if needed. We appreciate the producers and suppliers of Fit Right Adult Diapers; while this is an additional expense, the protection it allows makes it worth the cost.

These are not sized like traditional (step in) sanitary undergarments. We purchased these for my dad and he wears a large in the traditional sanitary undergarments where you step into them like underpants. These are just like baby diapers where they open fully and have tabs in the front to keep them closed. They are easier to use on bed-bound persons. We had to size up for this style vs. traditional style. Dad wears a large in traditional and XL in these. Other than the size difference, these are a good product. Holds urine without leakage. Easy to use.

My adult brother has special needs. I bought him these plus a couple other brands to try. He liked these best. He said the fit was good, they were as comfortable as they get, and they held up well. These are the ones I will continue to purchase.

Actually used this for a senior dog that was having blather control issues (cut a hole for the tail). These held more pee than the dog diapers and were more cost effective. My dog is 43lbs and is a pit mix so she has a wider waste - I would recommend the Small size as these diapers run big. Overall absorbency was very good.

If you're bed ridden and you are on your back all the time, do what I do. Mark "X" on the waterproof outside which is the back with the sticky tabs, open them up and cut off the wings from the front & back. To position them... lean to the left or right and pull them up front to back and sit on them. (No need to do them up, you're just laying on them.) Pull up on both front edges left and right where the elastic is and do your pee buisness. Been doing this for the last 5 months, Jan - June 2025. It works great! PCM

These are of great quality. I have been purchasing them regularly for my elderly mother. They are very easy to use and do not pull or tear. There has nver been any leakage issue.

I find this product not a 100% just because it can leak thru the sides. It works, but not what I was looking for. I'll use pull ups next time, however for the money not worth it.

Very absorbent, I use them for an extremely heavy menstruation. Just wish the sticky tabs were more durable, after undoing the tabs to use the restroom, they do not re stick very well.
