There is a scoreboard and envelope punch by Bassein as a kit and I think if you turn the board over the envelope sizes are on the back. Nice size and weight... but... my punch actually fell apart on first use! That said it was easily fixed with a couple of drops of glue and has been absolutely fine ever since - I would have returned but needed it there and then and could spot the problem immediately.
