These pellets are truly amazing and, by far, the most effective slug and snail prevention I have ever tried. For years my hostas would look like lace doilies by mid June but since using these - 3 years now - I have had no problem at all with the pests. My hostas look beautiful and quite impressive all season now. We have both a cat and a dog and neither of them show the remotest interest in the pellets. I use them mainly for my potted hostas but also for those planted in the ground (when I remember to treat them). Also, now my peas and beans are big enough to stand a little damage, I can stop using them. I have cats, and I was worried about them consuming the pellets, but they have shown zero interest in it, which was a relief. So if you have a slug problem, these pellets could be your answer.

Arrived wrapped in a bin liner that is impossible to take off the product too - bit strange. Contents are fine and effective though so that's the main thing.
