I didn’t realize how big the stove really is, 28 inches is just about as wide (30”) as a standard range. The glass top is a full 1/4” thick with no sharp edges and eased corners. The flame adjustment from low (inner ring) to high (outer ring) and everything in between, works great. Took a 3 quart pan of water, to full rolling boil, in a matter of minutes. Then kept the water at a brisk simmer, when turn to low. I’m using the stove in an off grid cabin. Being portable allows me to set on stainless steel counter and then put away on lower shelf when not in use. Just as useful as a full size stove, since I rarely use more than two burners at once. More compact, but not a compromise. ## Features - PORTABLE FOR OUTDOOR COOKING - Compact, lightweight design is ideal for camping, RV trips, tailgating, outdoor kitchens, backyard gatherings, fishing, and emergency preparedness. I connected to the propane tank turned on and I would not light up I don't even smell gas when I turn it o** A: Make sure that there is only one rubber gasket between the connections of propane tank and regulator connector. If you see rubber gasket in both of them remove one of them and it should work that is how i fixed mine **Q: Trae el tanke de gas?** A: Es buena y eficiente **Q: Can you recommend for regulater with hose about right size for this cooktop? Because this hose is too cheaper .** A: Overall this is a good cooktop. But I have some trouble with regulator and the hose so I bought a better regulator and hose for this cooktop from " Lowes " **Q: how much weight can this handle? I want to use it for outdoor canning.** A: Don't know the weight, but it's a sturdy stove. I would have a better guestimate if you would have given the weight amount you need it for. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice *by J***A on September 19, 2026* Nice ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than expected *by J***R on May 21, 2020* Stove arrived in perfect condition, even though the outer box was scared up. More compact, but not a compromise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid two burner stove for $80 *by J***O on April 13, 2020* Nice 2 burner propane stove. I am completely satisfied with it and it’s much nicer than anything else that’s under or around the $100 mark. (It was like $80 shipped + taxes) Build quality: top is made of some sort of glass like material. It makes it easy to clean. The rest of the construction is made of stainless while the burner material looks like it’s made of cast iron of some sort. Overall the build quality is above my expectations. Burner: burner has an inner ring and putter ring. The control of it is simple. On “low” heat, only the inner burner is on. I can’t seem to control the inner heat with much finesse but it’s heat output is pretty much minimal. On low-medium heat, the outer rings will turn on. You can control the outer ring’s output from low-medium to nuclear. I’m ok with this. Most my cooking will be on low-medium anyways. I’d say the overall control of flame/heat is average. But considering this stove is $80, I don’t expect it to have the flame control Level/finesse of a $2000 top tier stove. So for $80, I am extremely satisfied with this stove ability to control flame. Cons: it has a built in self igniter. It sucks. I have better luck on tinder than I do with this igniter. It’ll [MAYBE] self ignite the flame 1/10 times, even when I let the gas bleed Out a little before I ignite it. No big deal. I can just use a lighter. Maybe it’ll need a break-in before it’ll work properly? I’ll update if this improves. Other thoughts: I bought this stove because my current stove is an induction stove. And anyone who cooks will know induction sucks. Although it says “outdoor use only,” I will still be using it indoors (it’s ok as long as you have plenty of ventilation). Besides, I’ll prob die from this whole end-of-the-world-coronavirus before I die from breathing in the burnt up propane exhaust. YOLO. ## Frequently Bought Together - Barton Double Burner Stove w/Auto Ignition LPG Tempered Glass Outdoor Propane Portable Camping Cooktop Range 2-Burner Gas Burner - DOZYANT Propane Splitter, Propane Tank Y Splitter Adapter with Gauge, 2 Way LP Gas Adapter Tee Connector for 20lb Propane Tank Cylinder, Work with BBQ Grills, Camping Stoves, Gas Burners, Heater - GasSaf 6 Feet Propane Regulator and Hose Universal Grill Regulator Replacement with Stainless Steel Braided Hose for QCC1 Low Pressur LP Gas Grill, Heater and Fire Pit Table,3/8" Female Flare Nut --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/18620889-2-burner-propane-gas-stove-25-516-btu-portable-camping](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/18620889-2-burner-propane-gas-stove-25-516-btu-portable-camping) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
