Awesome product. I saw an almost immediate whitening in my skin (entire body!). I am caucasian and in my early 40s, and so I am concerned with hyperpigmentation and sun damage. I alternate this with Dr. Cabot's Livatone Plus. Livatone Plus is a must, too, especially if you drink alcohol/have a past of drinking (it's also available on Amazon). I read you shouldn't use glutathione all the time, so I try to pay attention to that advice. In the end, keeping our livers healthy and functioning well is imperative!!! Glutathione and Livatone Plus also should help with increasing energy and improving mood, and even losing weight. :) Definitely worth a try, and stick with it (e.g., 3 months)! Also please make sure you have good probiotics, so your tummy can process these supplements-- Probiotics should help with mood, as well. On that note, I like (1) Dr. Tobias' Deep Immune Probiotics & (2) Genius Probiotics for weight loss w/green tea (both on Amazon.) Best wishes for your health!

This is by far the best, highest quality pure reduced glutathione supplement I have ever taken. I have naturally very pale complexion and Nature Bound glutathione has made my skin tone even, but what I especially noticed was between 2 and 3 weeks, the notable soft silky like texture to my skin. I take this along with 1,000 mg of cranberry Vitamin C and I am most pleased with this product. I will definitely be purchasing often.

I start taking this 3 weeks now no changes in my skin tone ,all this does is make me look 3 month’s pregnant my belly looks bloated I can’t believe this make my stomach gotten so big I hve to discontinue use this product be careful y’all

So I originally bought this to help clear up my uneven skin due to sun darkening. I've been using for a few weeks and as far as skin I notice the effects slightly. What I really liked about the product and what I'll use it for is to prevent hangovers. After doing research I found that it can be used to improve liver function. On my nights drinking I noticed that the ext day I have no hangover whatsoever as if I didn't drink the night before. Great product for that.

Made me break out personally :( but I did see whitening effects. I have discontinued use so if the new acne (I have normally clear skin from my regimen) doesn’t go away I’ll update the review as that means it is something else. This was the only change I can think of I had made recently to my diet/vitamins.

I like the skin benefits of this supplement. For my personal needs I took 2 in the mornings and 2 at night before bed with vitamin C . Which means the 30 capsules didn't last long. But it made my skin glow i was really amazed. Wish there was more for the price.Updated 10/18/19 Still very please with this supplement on my 2nd bottle. You can stop looking, this is it!This is a great product, most natural and does not upset my stomach and goes down easily and glutathione has great antioxidant properties. I love the fact that these are vegetable caps and without those extra fillers. Although I haven't noticed anything with skin lightening yet...(may take more time), the health benefits are great alone. I will definitely repurchase this one again.

I've finished the bottle and didn't notice any difference. I'm thinking that it might take time atleast 2 months.The ways I take these tablet is1capsule of this tablet along with 1800mg of vitamin C
