Bought it before a trip. Followed instructions and left it on for 6 weeks. Worked like a charm. Last time I went away without any precautions on the same car, about the same time frame, I had a dead battery. Indicators, instructions, small profile was adequate for the desired setup and use.

This 12v trickle charger is perfect for keeping my mower battery maintained all Winter. It is quality built with many features and safeguards built in. The cord is a total of 12 feet, and has the option of terminal 'clamps' or 'loops' to adapt to different battery designs. The charging light system is simple and effective with red for charging and green for charged. This is much better than my last one, and a great product for a small investment, to keep your batteries working properly. Highly recommend this one!

This was connected to a 12V battery on a large, complex wood splitter. By plugging into a wall outlet, I am able to see the color of the indicator light. Green is good - red not so much. I have two other such units, attached to lawn mower and tractor - both are over a year old and have worked as intended. I am up-dating this to log-in another purchase (the third such) - chosen on the basis of simple, reliable, low cost, and easy to monitor. These trickle chargers are the berries! ~ The Duffian

Simple maintenance charger that works well. As a bonus all the connectors have caps to protect the terminals when not in use; most other chargers do not have those. This is particularly important for the permanent pigtail should you install that. The cap makes sure that the ground terminal (exposed one in the SAE plug) does not accidentally touch an electrically "active" point such as the pos (+) terminal on the battery which could cause a short. Another bonus is the 10 ft long cord on the charger; with the pigtail or clamps connected gives a total of 12 ft or cord length. Clamps are copper colored as opposed to the usual chrome look on others; appears higher quality. This is a great maintenance charger at a great price. For trickle / maintenance use, the 1.0 Amp DC capacity is fine; I use this on a car that is not daily driven. I also own a couple of other major brand name maintenance chargers and this one is right up there with them. A++++

We use this to maintain charge on our roll-out generator. It works great and I used the bolt-on connectors and attached them directly to the battery terminals. Together with the easy disconnect plug, this arrangement is simple to use and it works. We rolled out the generator a couple of weeks ago after it being in storage for 16 months and it started right up.

Works as it should and good price. Still working after 2 yrs.

great little trickle charger for the money and easy to use. once the wire leads are installed on my hard to get at battery it makes life much easier to trickle charge the battery

Good product, the jaw on the wire are good quality surprisly. Works fine and stop charging the batt when its time. No problems whit it for now (recived it 4 days ago) the machine just did a 24h full time shift and was not verry hot. I can still put my hand on the charger whitout getting burn.

Bought in November to trickle charge a motorcycle battery over the winter. It is now March and it never got too hot, overcharged the batter or broke it is still running strong. Not to mention my battery was fully charged up and started the bike instantly. This is a great budget charger and I’ve had nothing but a good experience with it.

Je suis très satisfait du chargeur. Je me suis servie cette hiver pour maintenir la batterie de mon tracteur à gazon. Le chargeur fonctionne très bien et rempli bien sa tâche. Ne charge pas très vite mais je ne m'attendais pas à cela pour le prix.
