Great Product
Hoosier makes a great product. It's a little more expensive than some others on the market, but in my opinion worth the money. I'm using it as an add-in to some cookies to boost the butter flavor.

Great product for meals in jars. Great price compared to other on the market. Love the product.

Ready for pancakes
Not good used as directed. However, when I increased the mixture to 6 parts butter powder to 1 part water, it tasted as good as real butter. I'll always keep this on hand

This is a very handy product to use when you want to have a dry biscuit or pancake or waffle mix in a bag for camping or traveling or whatever.I wouldn't count on it as an oil product to use for frying, it is pretty much designed to use for baking.
